calling to make a reservation, please have the following information

What
you should know after you have made a reservation with us:
- Driver
has 15-20 minute grace period either way.
- Departure
reservations
you
should recieve a call the night before your pick up, to confirm
the exact pick up time.
If you do not get a call before 8:00 p.m. the night before your
pick up, then please call our office.

Arrival
reservations,
call us once you have arrived at the airport upon picking up your
luggage,
and our dispatcher will direct you to where your driver will pick
you up.
*For San Francisco Airport you may use the white courtesy phone
and dial 70299.
